The chakra system consists of seven main chakras, or energy centers, within our subtle bodies. In this workshop we'll discuss exactly what they are and the purpose they serve individually and as a whole. Physical tension, pain and illness along with habits and behaviors can be the direct result of chakras that are out of balance or blocked. Learn to identify unbalanced chakras and ways to heal them using poses, meditation, chanting, mudras, foods, crystals and more! This class will include a yoga sequence and sleep-based Yoga Nidra meditation that opens and balances the chakras. You’ll leave with an information packet and a set of crystals to work with at home.
